1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing a template from easyscapes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

2. What you receive

Each easyscapes template purchase includes a moodboard, plant plan and 3D render, delivered as PDF files via email upon payment confirmation. All files are provided for personal, single-property use only.

3. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the template for one property only. You may share the files with your own landscaper or contractor for the purposes of implementing the design at your property.

You must not:

• Share, distribute, or provide the template files to any third party other than your own landscaper or contractor
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the template in any form
• Use the template for more than one property without purchasing an additional licence
• Reproduce, copy, or adapt the template for use as your own design work or to create competing products
• Upload or post the template files publicly online

4. Intellectual property

All easyscapes templates, designs, imagery, content and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of easyscapes. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. easyscapes reserves the right to pursue any unauthorised use of its designs.

5. Refund policy

Because our templates are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• You have changed your mind after purchase
• You purchased the wrong style
• The template does not suit your personal taste or preferences
• Your block size falls outside the recommended 8m–15m range
• You were unable to implement the design due to site, budget or contractor constraints
• You have already downloaded or accessed the files
• You found a similar design elsewhere after purchase
• Your landscaper chose not to use the plan

If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing you from accessing your files, please contact us at hello@easyscapes.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Design guidance, not professional advice

easyscapes templates are provided as conceptual design guides only. They are not construction drawings, engineering plans, or site-specific technical documents. You must verify all dimensions, site conditions, council requirements, drainage, services and plant suitability for your specific property before commencing any works. easyscapes accepts no liability for any costs, losses or outcomes arising from the use of these plans.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, easyscapes' liability to you in connection with any template purchase is limited to the purchase price paid. easyscapes is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from the use of our templates.

8. Australian consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our templates come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

9. Payment and delivery

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your download link will be emailed to the address provided at checkout immediately upon successful payment. easyscapes is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

10. Changes to these terms

easyscapes reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. AI personalised render

Where a personalised AI render is included as part of your design package, this render is provided as a visual guide only. It is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended to give a general indication of how the landscape design may look on your property.

The AI render may not perfectly transpose the design onto your home. Factors including photographic perspective, lighting conditions, image quality, architectural features and block dimensions may affect the accuracy of the output. The render should not be relied upon as an exact or precise representation of the finished landscape.

easyscapes accepts no responsibility for any decisions made based on the AI render. It is a creative guide to assist with design vision, not a construction or engineering document.

12. Intellectual property and prohibited use

All easyscapes designs, templates, renders, plant plans and moodboards are the exclusive intellectual property of easyscapes and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a single-use personal licence for one property only.

You must not:

• share, distribute or provide the design files to any third party other than your own landscaper or contractor
• sell, resell or commercially exploit the designs in any form
• upload the design files publicly online or to any platform, social media account or file sharing service
• use the designs to create competing products or derivative works
• use the designs for more than one property without purchasing an additional licence

easyscapes reserves the right to pursue any unauthorised use of its designs and intellectual property.

13. Plant health and garden outcomes

easyscapes accepts no responsibility for plant death, damage, poor growth or garden outcomes of any kind. All plant selections have been carefully chosen for their resilience, drought tolerance and general suitability for Australian conditions, however individual results will vary based on factors outside our control.

easyscapes accepts no liability for plants that fail to establish, burn, die or underperform regardless of cause, including but not limited to extreme weather, drought, frost, overwatering, underwatering, pest or disease, incorrect planting depth, or unsuitable soil conditions.

While we have deliberately selected resilient, easy-care plants suited to Australian conditions, no landscape design can account for every variable. Garden outcomes depend on soil preparation, watering, climate, maintenance and implementation, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Soil preparation guidance

Good soil preparation is one of the most important factors in plant establishment and long term garden success. We strongly recommend the following before planting:

• Use quality loam. A well-structured loam soil provides good drainage while retaining enough moisture for healthy root development. Avoid heavy clay or pure sand without amendment.
• Improve existing soil. Where soil quality is poor, incorporate a quality loam and compost blend to a depth of at least 300mm before planting.
• Mulch generously. Apply a 75mm layer of quality mulch over planted areas to retain moisture, suppress weeds and regulate soil temperature.
• Water in well. All new plantings require thorough watering at the time of planting and consistent watering during the establishment period, typically the first 6 to 12 weeks.
• Follow care instructions. Each plant species has specific care requirements. Follow the care guidelines provided with your design package to give your garden the best chance of success.

By purchasing an easyscapes template you acknowledge that garden outcomes depend on factors including soil preparation, watering, climate, maintenance and implementation, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
