What is included in each design?

Every design includes a style board, a plant plan with species recommendations, and a 3D render. We prepare your design and email it to you within one business day.
Is this a custom design or a concept?

Each easyscapes design is a ready-made template, created by landscape designers, that we personalise to your home. It is not an individual, one-to-one design service. You choose your style from our collection, we adapt it to your block and show it on your own front garden with a render, and you receive a plant plan, layout and render you can build from as it is or adjust to suit your site and taste. A considered starting point ready to use, rather than a back-and-forth consultation.
What is a plant plan?

A plant plan is a top-down layout of your garden showing exactly which plants go where, how many of each species you need, and how they are spaced. It gives you and your landscaper a clear guide to follow when building your garden.
Your plant plan includes species names, quantities and placement, everything needed to purchase plants and get started.

Will the design suit my block?

Our designs suit blocks between 6m and 20m wide. If your block falls outside this range, get in touch and we can advise.
How do I pay?

We use Stripe for secure payment. You enter your details and pay within the order form on the styles page, processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
How do I get my design after I pay?

After you order, you'll receive an email confirming we've got it. We then prepare your design and email it to you as high-quality PDF files within one business day.
Can I get a refund?

Because each design is created for your block and delivered as a digital file, we are not able to offer refunds for change of mind or if a concept is not to your taste, so please read the style details and browse the examples before you buy. If your files are faulty or not as described, email us at hello@easyscapes.com.au and we will put it right.
Can I change the plants?

Yes. Your design is a guide, not a rigid plan. Plant selections, materials and layouts can all be adjusted to suit your site, soil type, climate and budget.
Can I give the plan to a landscaper?

Absolutely. Your design is made to hand directly to any landscaper. The plant plan and 3D render give them everything they need to quote and build the job.
Can I do the work myself?

Yes. Each design is created with DIY in mind. Clear planting layouts and visual guidance make it easy to tackle yourself at whatever pace suits your budget.
What does the maintenance score mean?
+
Low means minimal pruning and watering, great for busy households. Medium means occasional seasonal care.
What is the personalised render?

When you order, you can optionally upload a photo of your home's frontage. We use AI to create a personalised render showing your chosen design on your own home, included with your design.
Do you design back gardens too?

Yes. We design back gardens as well, as a separate package to your front garden. They're larger and more involved, so they're priced separately. Just email us at hello@easyscapes.com.au and we'll sort out a quote.
